I use crate training as the foundation of my program. This method helps to structure the puppy's daily life and helps him discern where and when he is supposed to potty. Each puppy advances at their own pace as their individual maturity and bladder control develops. For clients who live in apartment buildings and want to avoid using the elevator every time their puppy needs to go to the bathroom, training to go on pee pads or a small patch of grass is available.
